Just wondering the best place to purchase a v3. I mean the best deal as far as price or accesories.

Are you talking about new or used? There are a few used V3's for sale in some metal detecting forums, and if you are lucky enough there are a few on eBay as well. You can expect to pay 1100 for a used one with the wireless headphones.

I was lucky enough to get one locally on Craigs List.

Myself and a friend got around 20 quotes on new V3's. Ended up going with Treasure Unlimited in Long Island NY. We also bought a few accessories and this place was by far the best deal. I would highly recommend giving them a call. (Also, I am not affiliated with this shop in ANY way).
